SeeMyRadiology.com provides two proven alternatives for getting studies from remote locations to the cloud:

The Web-based Uploader by contrast is a zero footprint, easy to use alternative which allows users to securely submit DICOM studies via a web browser. Organizations taking advantage of the Study Upload Module will be able to set up affiliate sites, associate dedicated users, and tap into the existing powerful SeeMyRadiology.com worklist functionality to ensure data integrity and fulfill internal work flow needs.

The online application works over a secure SSL connection and compresses data losslessly while transmitting it to the SeeMyRadiology.com servers. Since everything takes place over standard HTTP web protocols, hospital firewalls will not interfere with this tool.

• Facilitates online submission of priors from outside facilities
• Backup method to other study distribution methods

The SeeMyRadiology.com Gateway has been designed and developed as a high-performance appliance, which is deployed at the imaging facilities.  It receives studies from local modalities and PACS via DICOM, caches them and delivers them reliably to the SeeMyRadiology.com servers for further distribution.

• Optimized bandwidth utilization via on-the-fly compression
• Eliminates the need for costly VPNs due to built-in encryption
• Ability to scan paperwork (requisition forms, old reports, etc.)
